Indigestion and nausea along with sore joints and muscles

Hi All!

I was wondering if any of you get indigestion and constant low-level nausea with mad food cravings, like salad cream with everything?  My joints and muscles seems to be really sore when I have my digestion problems too.  Does this sound familiar?

Thanks again.

Feeling so fed up with it all.

Jo

I too also crave chocolate ...

Infact i have none in house and feel quite upset about it 😊

chocolate cravings before periods and in menopause may be due to magnesium being required ..

i take chelated magnesium as its good for menopause and chelated doesnt upset your tummy like Magnesium Citrate and Oxide, as those magnesiums have laxative effects ..

i always take one in the morning and one before bed, as also they relax you and aid a good nights sleep ..

my cravings are not as bad now

      been researching for umpteen years..

seems we have no choice as GPs most of, just do not

understand the devastating effects this has on a day to day living ..

If men had memopause .. There would be alot more understanding about it and a nice one tablet remedy already in place
