Inflamed Penis tip. Cancer?

I've honestly noticed this for most of my life, so it isn't anything new that popped up. But recently, it has gotten a little more swollen, and it's been stinging pretty bad. UTI and STIs were already ruled out.

I'm 29 years old.

Does anyone have any insight? I'm freaking out.

      hi alll !!! i just had a rgu + mcu procedure done (this is an xray which is done by injecting contrast dye into your urethera) and that revealed a stricture in the memberanous urethera .... let's see how it goes from here ! fingers crossed !
