Insomnia due to peri menopause

I'm going through perimenopause and suffer quite bad insomnia anyone got any suggestions to get a decent nice sleep even 3 nights a week would be awesome!

    l second a lot of advice given by others on this forum. A warm bath before bed, with a few drops of lavender oil or diffuse the oil in your bedroom. Then 5 or 10 mins guided meditation from your phone or tablet. I usually drop off before the end of the meditation ! Also any jobs or thoughts that come to mind before bed just note them down on a note pad by your bed to get them off your mind.
