I just started getting these weird shakes! It feels like there is a phone vibrating in my body mainly in legs and hands usually when I'm trying to sleep! I also wake up and feel like my whole head is shaking real bad! It all feels like it's on the inside of my body! I'm very stressed at the moment to! Like severe anxiety! It's causing sleeping issues!

I know exactly what you're talking about. I have had the shakes, vibrations, etc. it all started when I was in my 20s. It's all due to severe stress and anxiety.
I always suggest a check up with your doctor because when your test comes out normal you'll have peace of mind. However the main thing is to manage the anxiety the best you can. I've been able to decrease my symptoms by about 90% when I'm anxious. Everything begins in the brain and you have to be able to come the brain down in order to feel better. Here's what happens:
when you are stressed about something, your brain thinks you are in danger so it sends out a hormone called adrenaline. Sometimes it causes rapid heart rate, faster breathing, etc. when there is no actual danger, all the energy of the brain has mustered up has to go somewhere, so it comes out as symptoms such as the vibration or shaking feeling. There are many other symptoms that can also occur. However remember symptoms that are caused by anxiety cannot hurt you! They feel weird and are uncomfortable but that is all.
anxiety is difficult to handle on our own and it's been very helpful for me to speak with a counselor that specializes in this. They see this every single day and know how to help. Counselor could get down to the reason why you are experiencing anxiety in the first place and help you deal with that.
Another thing that is very helpful to me, do a search on YouTube for guided mindfulness meditation . They teach you how to deal with anxiety, negative thinking, etc. I use earbuds, lay down and listen a couple times a day.
there are also many audio meditations on YouTube that are so beneficial and completely calm me down.
some I'm I really like are called guided meditation-train your mind and body to relax, sleep, relieve anxiety
another is called guided meditation for detachment from overthinking and so on. Just pick the ones that you like I think they could really help you.
If you're having a panic attack, search YouTube for panic attack emergency. Several to choose from.
hang in there and remember when you react with anxiety about the symptoms, that will actually increase your anxiety and symptoms.
just like a negative thought, when you get a symptom instead of fighting it off you have to acknowledge it calmly and tell yourself that you can deal with this and everything will be OK. All of this is explained in a book called mindfulness if you can pick it up it's a great read!

Magnesium also helps with these anxiety/stress tremors. Anxiety strips magnesium from your body and it's an essential element for muscle relaxation. Research the best magnesium to take for stress. You may need to add calcium to it. I take the Calm powder.

I've dealt with this for 30 yrs but can control it.
Dont worry, it can't hurt you! I'm in my 50s and nothing bad ever happened with Anxiety symptoms. They just feel scary and weird.
