Yes, I have internal tremors. I also have visible tremors in my hands, to the point where it's noticeable when I'm holing something which shakes. And when it's at its worse I can't write or draw round a pattern. I love sewing so this fairly recent development of tremors is frustrating, debilitating and distressing. I feel for you!

How strange DiddyC, I have just signed in to ask this very same question and yours pops up.  My pain and sleep have been terrible the last few weeks.   Now for about 4 days I tremble inside even my speech doesn't sound right. It is like feeling nervy and chilly all at the same time.  I think that's the problem with fibro it causes so many different problems and when a new one starts you   worry.  Can't believe yours is a two year post and yet it is the first one to come up on the site.   The answers given to you have put my mind at rest.  Hope your feeling a bit better now

Im sorry that you have been feeling bad, i have good and bad days. I get the shakes but have linked mine to pre migraine symptoms 90% of the time. The other times is unexplained so im guessing fibro like so many others. Ive found that benadryl helps me alot to sleep...if i take a big dose after not having in a few days it makes me itch though. Makes me restless. But im cursed with RLS. Start out with one pill a night. Work up to two a night. It really does help.... be strong we are fighters!

OMG I am so glad to find this site. I have been shaky so much lately that it had me scared. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and osteoporosis and diabetes type 2 in the past 3 months. On top of this I also have skin face Lupus. So when I began shaking I really thought something else had surfaced. Especially  because my sugar levels have been out of range and very high.  At  least I can calm down now knowing that the shakiness throughout my body is part of the fibro. When you get diagnosed they don''t tell you what to expect. Is there a supplement I can take for it.

    Hi guys!

I've been struggling with the whole body internal shaking, non visible to anyone tremor for almost a year and I tried many things to cure it like aerobic exercise, yoga, meditation, resting, walking everyday, using standing desk, ketogenic diet, Vitamins, drinking alcohol and lot more, I've been going to doctors and they didn't know what it is.

I was thinking that I might have some kind of neurological disease. Everytime I was trying to concentrate and think or even watch a movie the internal shaking became worse.

Finally I've found a simple almost complete cure using carbs and lift training.

I created the page with the whole story and my training schedule, I hope that it may help someone: http://internaltremorcure.pw

Hi everyone!  New here.  I found this thread very comforting to know I'm not alone with these symptoms.  I had a stomach bug (unable to take medicine or supplements) and the tremors have become almost overwhelming.  (PS - the weather if FREEZING outside.  2 degrees right now)  I've tried stretching and rubbing out the nerves with a deep tissue massage.  It helps for a little while.  Has any tried a supplement or medication that is helpful?

thank heavens!!!!!! I'm not the only one with these internal tremors then!!!! I've been having them for quite a few years and I'm sure that one of the Neurology docs I saw thought I was a  real fruit loop lol I get it mostly in my trunk but also get it in my legs even though there's no visible sign of me shaking.

?However......I have found something that does help with the internal shaking feeling and I take a Quiet Life tablet 3 times a day OR Kalms do the same thing but the recommended dose for those is 2 three times a day but I only take one 3 times a day and find that keeps the shaking at bay.

?A few months ago I had a problem finding the Lanes Quiet Life tablets so thought I could get by without them but.....noooooooo........

?First day without any, wasn't too bad and I was then convinced that I no longer anything to calm my trembling but on day 2 I awoke to find the awful internal trembling sensation was back once again so it was then that I got the Kalms to try instead and I'd say within about half an hour of taking the first one, the trembling had stopped.

?I don't know if these herbal remedies will work for anyone else with the internal tremors/shaking/trembling sensations but it might worth giving them a go.

    ?Good luck peeps.

Wow! I wish I knew about the herbal supplements 5 years ago. It feels like I have a cell phone vibrating inside of me. It seems to start from my hips down. I’m going to look for those supplements ASAP! I hope Amazon Prime has them.
