I can totaly relate, the migraines are relentless! My insurance has decided to only cover 4 maxalt pills a month now. (4)!!!! Thats the only thing that works for me.
My son has fibromyalgia as well and the doc put him in gabapatin (spelling)😞 hasnt helped him at all and hes gained 10 lbs and has only been on it a month. He wants to try lyrica but im not going too, im so afraid of all the negative side effects. Do you have a lot if side effects with it? The internal tremors are horrible it seems mine get worse before a migraine but sometimes even after the headache i still have the shaking. Sometimes it feels so bad i cant pick up a coffee cup without feeling like im going to drop it! Fibro with migraines suck so bad!

David, there is one sure-fired way to find out. Get a brain MRI done if your doctor can request it. That will show any "cottage cheese" types of scarring in the brain where an episode has caused damage to the specific nerve ending. Best to find out as soon as you can as there are a lot of new treatments for it to help you live a more productive and comfortable life. Best of luck to you.

Yes, like little earthquake rumblings. I've just started getting them, but I've had fibro for 25 years, I even asked my wife if she felt that constant rumbling this morning because I thought it might be an earthquake. Turns out it was coming from inside one of my legs. Its more like a vibration. It was in my chest a few weeks ago and I was afraid I had some sort of heart issue. Started researching it and found (of course) that this too is a symptom of Fibro. I guess thats better than the other possibilities though, like MS or Parkinson's which also present with internal tremors. Small blessings.

I have been getting the internal shakes for about a month now but over the past week they have gotten worse. you can see my hand shaking at times. sometimes it makes me feel so exhausted and dizzy. It almost feels as if the shaking is behind my eyes. Fibromyalgia is the worst thing to happen to me, over the last year of having it, I no longer have a life. it's so isolating and debilitating. I really wish there was a cure. 😦
