Irritation and dryness on and around glans.

So for around 3 months now I've had an awful odour coming from my penis area, that no one else can seem to smell except for me, sometimes it smells like fish, or urine, or mouldyness almost.
my glans started to appear red and irritated and I've noticed that it is getting very dry to the point where it's almost as though the foreskin is creating cracks on the glans from covering it because of the dryness. I have also had redness on the underneath of the foreskin, and around the tip area.
I've had a urinary tract test done that came back clear, I've used antifungal creams for weeks which didnt help, and used daktacort cream for a week that hasn't helped either. Each time I went to the doctors they said they couldn't see anything wrong, I'm wondering if it would be worth for them to refer me to see a urologist or a dermatologist?
it's getting me very down now as I dont even wanna be near people in case they can smell anything near me.

There can only be one source of odour from the penis and that is from urine. Do you wash your penis after each time you urinate? Do you ensure the bladder and urethra is completely emptied when you urinate?
For example, any clothing that is tight to the lower abdomen or in the groin region can restrict the natural flow of urine and what you may be getting is a very small amount of leakage onto the surface level of the penis. After this, the bacterial effect can make it seem the foul odour is appearing almost instantly after you have urinated.
Dryness of skin is most often related to what is placed on the skin, most often this forms of body wash, such as soap and shower gel - how often do you shower? Do you frequently wash your penis as well such as after urinating ..... ?

Thankyou for replying.
yes I understand that noticable odours are rare even with possible infections like yeast and bacterial causing minor odours if that. I always try to wipe off the remaining urine after going to the toilet, however this doesnt seem to help in most cases as the smell still comes back. I always try to keep the undeneath of my foreskin dry after I have a shower and have been for the past few months since the issue arose. I haven't been using soap or anything apart from hydromol ointment which is a non scented moisturiser, and I shower once a day in the morning. This keeps it from drying out for an hour or so before it sort of just goes back to being extremely dry to the point where I have to use the slightest bit of pressure to pull my foreskin back. I feel like their is some underlying cause to all of it that the doctors haven't seemed to have picked up on, which is why I think it might be worth seeing a urologist to get down to the bottom of the problem.

I wonder what age you are?
So to give my own insight, I used to visit the toilet to take a leak and if I did not pay close attention to what I was doing I would walk out of the toilet and what would seem like an all-too-large amount of urine would run down my leg.
I certainly did not like this happening and took a number of practical measures to help prevent this from happening
I would also suggest the dryness originates from something you are doing on a regular basis - for example, there should be no need to use hydromol on a regular basis ....
