Is anyone having trouble driving?

I have been crippled financially because my job involves driving. I have to pay someone to drive me around. The other day I was feeling nearly 90% so I started driving, but after several miles I started feeling pressure in both ears and it felt like I was getting dizzy so I pulled over and let my friend drive. I felt maybe 70% after that incident with brain fog and dizziness. After a few days I felt better and tried driving again after several miles I felt nauseous and dizzy and had to pull over. I've felt terrible evey since. Anyone else having driving issues?

I recovered and I drive all the time now.  I feel more careful behind the wheel than before; my brain just processes things in a different way now.  When I go places with my wife I am the main driver.  I know everyone's condition is different, but you have to get your mind used to the stimuli of driving.  Have someone drive you as you look directly out the windows.  I used to park at parking lots next to busy roads and watch the traffic go by for like an hour.  I also did intense rehab exercises at home where I would watching moving objects on the computer.
