Is it HSV or something else?

About month back I started feeling pressure while urinating and very mild burning sensation for which I made appointment and my doctor ordered UTI and I asked for STD test as I got Oral from my bumble date back in December 2019. When I confronted her at the time my symptoms started she told me she was tested positive 5 years back for treatable std and she had negative results from last 3 months and had negative results when she got iud. My doctor ordered test for all std's for which tests came out negative. She didn't order test for hsv and hpv as I didn't have lesions.

For first 2-3 weeks those were the only symptoms my doctor prescribed Ciprofloxacin for inflammation or any swelling that could be causing those symptoms and about 2 weeks ago while taking meds I felt spasm around groin area and then noticed hair follicle bumps around groin area, testis and penis no pain mild itching only when sweaty.

I also have my eye itching just lids sometimes no redness or crusty eyes.

Few days back, I got blister on my tongue only one blister right on the bottom side only hurts when it touch neighboring areas or while eating no tingling or burning. Right before that had dry lips for which I used honey and vaseline didn't notice any sores.

2 days ago I noticed tiny bumps on penis under foreskin area no blisters, doesn't hurt no sensation.

Follicle Bumps

On few occasions I felt anal itching and mild spasms, no fever, no lesions. Sometimes I experience body itching random parts and burning sensation inside at different places.

I am stressed what it could be? please advise.

Thanks,

Harry

Hi Harry, it can be yeast infection (balanitis) caused by your antibiotics. Your pictures are hard to see. You should talk to your pharmacist or doctor for the best option. Nothing to be worried. You seem really anxious... don't let the stress play tricks on you 😉 I don't see anything looking like an std.

My doctor didn't feel anything wrong and asked me to wait another month to see if symptoms reside.

But Month forward noticed weird spots on foreskin one of that resembles wart when erect and looks like skin tag after erection goes down.
