there is some redness in my penis and is very painful to touch.i have never been able to grab my glans with my hand.i remember it is from the first time when i retracted my foreskin at 14 years.i thought it was due to sensitivity but it shouldn't hurt that much.also redness shouldnt be present.now i am 16 and is extremely worried about it.will it affect my sex life later on.what should i do to reduce redness and pain.i just started to retract my foreskin whenever i pee or shower.it had become some dry but it is painful to touch then also

Keep retracting it. You're still young, see what it looks like in a year. But if the pain is unbearable, visit a doctor's office. Don't be shy about it, doctors see stuff way worse than this (and they see hundreds of penises in a year).

As glikkon says, you are still young and your penis has still a great deal of developing to do. Leave it just the way it is until you see what it is like in terms of being able to retract your foreskin when you are 19 or 20 YOA, or so. It is extremely unlikely that a condition or health problem would cause the amount of sensitivity you have with your glans.
The best thing to do is to simply wash the head of your penis regularly and carefully use a rough towel on it and eventually it will likely become much less sensitive. The other thing you can try is to manually retract your foreskin when it is not erect and have your glans fully exposed and try and go about what you would normally do each day with it like that. And yes, it may seem extremely weird or even quite or very sensitive as you walk about and do activities, but given time this will reduce a great deal.
Again yes, redness should not be present: can you name everything that is in contact with the head of your penis? So this would be soap - do you only use one particular, or lots of different ones? Shower gels? Other forms of body wash, and, do things like hair shampoo come into contact with the head of your penis? What happens in terms of contact when you masturbate? Do you use anything as a lube? Skin cream perhaps? Other than masturbation would you use something to moisturise the skin on your glans, or even simply on the foreskin and main part of your penis? Baby oil or lotion perhaps?
Try capturing a really good clear photo of the redness as most of your photos are not clear - try taking several in bright daylight or sunshine and upload the clearest one .......

Photos not clear enough to comment on: take them in really bright daylight or sunshine if you can.
Already given you detailed suggestions on what can cause redness. Here is that detail in another way:
Most redness is caused by what the skin is in regular contact with such as soaps and shower gels.
Some young men use things like shampoo for masturbation - do use ANY body cleanser in this way?
The other common source of redness is following unprotected sex: are you sexually active in any way?
How would you describe your personal hygiene ..... ?

sexually active 😂, i never had a girlfriend, so you can remove that case. regarding personal hygiene i never used to clean it. i have started regular cleaning on daily basis from last 2 weeks. i think that redness could be caused due to prone masturbation because i used to rub my tool very roughly in my underwear.i have abstained from it and just started masturbation by traditional method.by the way i have scheduled appointment for derm upcoming monday.i will update you after and regarding photos i will try my best to upload it in sunshine.

regarding any body cleanser i never put any shampoo or soap don't know if it came to contact indirectly.but if it would have come redness shouldn't be there for 2 years it should have been cleaned by itself, isn't it?

So no, if you mean your penis glans / head should be cleaning itself this is incorrect.
What you should do from the age of somewhere between 12 and 16 YOA is to be able to expose most of the head of your penis and clean it carefully with a mild or a tiny bit shower gel to prevent a build up of smegma. Not every young male can fully expose the head of their penis until they are 18 or 19 YOA - and this is not a problem.
The exposed skin then needs to be fully dried after washing. If you shower regularly, before you get in the shower ensure the head of your penis is fully covered - wash all the rest of your body first AND fully rinse away the cleaning materials such as soap and shower gel you have used.
THEN expose the head of your penis and wash with the running shower water ONLY - rub the upper-part of your penis and head area with the inside of your hand and fingers, and your fingertips to clean it with.
NEVER expose the head of your penis to HOT water, this will damage the sensitive skin on the head and foreskin of your penis. Always end by removing ALL moisture from your entire penis, but particularly, the inner-foreskin and the head of your penis itself.
Until you have resolved the redness issue you will need to be very careful drying the upper-part of your penis as this CAN cause further damage.
You must NEVER use your prone masturbation practice AGAIN - this is the most likely source of the redness problem that you have - by doing this you have not ONLY exposed the very sensitive head of your penis to the material(s) your underwear id made form, but also what your clothing is actually washed in.
So if your underwear is washed with a washing powder, a soap, or something else, then, this is what is the likely - but NOT guaranteed - source of the redness.
This is why you MUST see the Dermatologist as it is possible the problem could be caused by something else - or, in combination with, your prone masturbation practice
Please update once you have seen the Dermatologist ......

sorry for the last pics .this time i hope it is clear.regarding any thing applied on my glans.i am telling from starting.i was addicted to prone masturbation from 13 and every night i used to ejaculate.one night i felt terrible pain in my glans may be because my glans touched my underwear for first time.i didnt do anything and was scared to tell my parents. somedays i used to get burning sensation and also one night i was urging to urinate every time but my bladder was empty. i waited it just got normal and i didnt paid any attention to it.after some time i noticed my tip was red and it pained whenever i touched.i was worried about it and found in internet that it could be balanitis.so i told my parents and, then we went to a urologist.he examined it and it was the first time that my glans were fully exposed.i noticed it was fully red like present .he diagnosed balanoposthitis and gave me betadine ointment and some antibiotics probably for uti.after 5 days i went there again as there was no improvement according to me ,glan were red and pained when touched .but he told it is normal and asked me to not worry about it.i tried not to pay attention to it but after 2-3 months also it doesnt resolved. i wanted to go to urologist but due to this corona pandemic i couldnt.i applied clotrimazole for 15 days .but nothing happened.also i applied mupirocin but my glans skin started to peel so i avoided anything and hoped that i will get better.after some time i understood the threats that prone masturbation lead to so i decided to abstain from it.i started hand jerking method but it was weird for me and also not that pleasurable.i just rubbed my glans with foreskin in between avoiding any direct contact with hands.i also started cleaning it everyday when i shower with lukewarm water and also after masturbation.everytime whenever i pee i retract it fully i am not using any lube for masturbation just apply coconut oil when shower because it is becoming dry and also peeling of skin starts happening. i didnt noticed any harmful effect of clotrimazole and mupirocin and my glans are red as they were from beginning.i know i have done stupid things i should told my parents that day only when it pained at night.now i am scared to tell anything of above to my parents but wanted to go to urologist for further examination.what according to you it is will it ever get better or it is a sign of extreme condition. also i don't want to expose glans and do normal things because the pain is unbearable.i tried to wipe it with cloth but i just couldn't bear it.just able to touch somewhat.not used any soap and shampoo but there is smegma build up under my foreskin.i am trying to clean it but it is not going without water.i dont want to use any soap so that i do not create any further complication.
thanks for the response and please advice me what should i do.

It's hard to tell if you have phimosis from the pictures you posted, they just show redness on the glans and an inflamed meatus. Post a picture of a fully erect penis from the side and from the top (don't crop it to just the head).

I would suggest you need to get to see a Dermatologist - you would need to work with the Derm on an ongoing basis as it may take sometime to find the right medication, or combination of medication that will sort out what is happening with your penile skin
