Is my vagina normal????

imagea couple months ago, after pulling out a tampon and again today after finishing up a self-pleasure session (with penetration) Ive felt like theres something in my vagina, though there is nothing there. is it normal? im also worried that maybe my vaginal opening looks strange? there is no pain but it feels smooth and almost like there is fluid or something in these little sacs? im really worried can someone please help

    can you post a clearer photo? are you sexually active? if so when was the last time you had sex?any itching?
