    Ola , MaraMaraMe,

i repeated my Ultrasound pelvis today . My fibroids haven't grown or shrunk . They are same even after three months of clean diet , dairy free, gluten free, vegan diet. A little disappointing but let's see what to do next .

Hello fibroids healing friends, Im glad to be back home , arrived late last night.

Let me quickly say this before I forget,Nav you have good improvement, the fact that the fibroids doesn't grow bigger is a big achievement. Please celebrate your achievement so far and keep moving don't give up till we have the results we wanted . Congratulations

Maramarame and Nav you guys rock for keep it real. I have not been able to do much , I ate lots of junkie food but I tried to keep everything minimal. Guess what I did all through, castor oil pack it works wonders.my period for August was less pain and less clots I think it works.

I will need to clean my system off those junkie food before I decide on the next step. Glad to be back to the forum.

      Welcome back Ola ,

thanks ! I will proceed further and have another ultrasound around Christmas time . I did give myself freedom to indulge and treat twice in last 2 weeks when I ate all desserts and cakes on a birthday and an anniversary occasion.

so I have to think what to do differently for these 3-4 months ahead .

Im thinking of adding everyday yoga and everyday exercise apart from clean eating . I'm also trying to explore options with Ayurvedic medicines.

Ola , have u purchased Gessie detox program or will you push it's date ?

Im thinking I might push date for buying Gessie program by a couple months . She recommended silver pack with fibrinogen for me and It's almost  twenty one hundred dollars. So I'm gonna continue with diet and other changes and try Ayurvedic med. if needed then I will order Gessie program after the trial of Ayurvedic med , which means three months from now . I'm starting ayurvedic supplements from next week . I ordered today . Let's see , fingers crossed .

      HELLO LADIES!

Today (SUNDAY) I will fast and only have water and herbal tea. This week i will continue with a raw vegan diet with no more that 2-3 cooked meals. I will continue with yoga as well.

Here is my latest reading on fibroids:

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up. ~ Ecclesiastes 3:1-3

      Blessings...

      Hello Ladies!

This week I am continuing with mainly raw vegan meals including green smoothies. I have been doing well although i do not feel that the two large fibroids have shrunken. I can still feel them when i place my hand on my belly. But i will continue what i am doing.

Through this journey I have gained greater self-control and patience. I will continue reading and eating clean because i am sure this is the way to go.

Don't give up! Just REFOCUS! When you mess up, know that you can start over and try again.

"Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise."

I thought I would share because I've already tried many natural therapies. I tried eating vegan for 3 months, and the fibroid grew. I've also been gluten-free, sugar-free and paleo for the past 25 years (before it was a thing) 😃. Yet I now have a large 11cm fibroid due to perimenopause causing growth spurts. So I really don't believe diet is the cause of fibroids. For me I think it was going on the birth control pill 10 years ago for endometriosis. But of course eating healthy is always a great idea, regardless. 😃 And maybe if your fibroids are smaller could help.

I have been taking 800mg of decaf green tea extract a day as a study says it helps shrink fibroids. It hasn't shrunk mine in a year but I do think it may be slowing the growth. It's also good for other things. And if you are not in perimenopause you may have better luck. I also tried systematic enzymes but they caused extreme stomach pain and bleeding so I couldn't tolerate them. In addition a naturopath tried giving me natural progesterone because mine is very low, but sadly that caused extreme weight gain in a few weeks and again made the fibroid grow, as both estrogen and progesterone feed fibroids.

My current last ditch effort is trying Chinese herbs for a month. Wish me luck. I'm wishing good health and luck to all of you. 😃

Thanks ola. It helps to know how other people are managing this. Sometimes it feels as though I'm pregnant. I get these emotional surges and it's growing. Thought in the beginning I was mabey having some sort of phantom pregnancy, because of the emotional surges instead I've got a fibroid the size of a grapefruit. Also now realise after god knows how many years why I've been running to the toilet at night. I'm due to see gynecology today so will see what they come back with. If I get any tips il be sure to pass them on.
