Is this an anal fissure? Double checking

the picture is zoomed in a lot, looks bigger than it is. I know anal fissures can be the result if anal sex gone wrong, i had anal sex about a month ago and it hurt.. i also a lot of times have loose stools and i know that can result in anal fissures too. A few days ago it burned when i pooped and little dots of red blood. but i went to the doctor and he said its healing, it hasn't burned when i pooped in a week. image
