Hi, looks like I may have the same deal, really worried about it. Those larger dots you have around the edge are dark red/black on mine. Bumps are all over and fairly even, like as though they are on pores or something. GUM clinic Monday I think. I've had this for about 4 months. None itchy or sore, just there. I have foreskin so yesterday I put plasters on my foreskin to hold it back so the head dries out. Hoping this helps. I've got anti fungal creme too. Will let you know.
