      that just looks like a bit off irritation i would not put anything on it by way or creams or soaps and just wash with warm water if ur going to use soap use one thats ph balanced like a baby soap and dont have sex or masturbate to prevent further irritation and see how u get on

      if it dosnt improve within a few days or gets worse see a doctor but if u dont irritate the skin the redness should improve

      hpv that causes warts is not life long it can take about 2 years mabe a bit longer for your immune system to rid itself of it but most people once they have warts removed they dont come back its not something u will have forever
