Is this glans normal? Didn't have it before...

Hi, i was diagnosed with prostatitis, i had urge to urinate, burning sensation, weak urination, some drops after urination, difficulty to pee sometimes, a pressure in the anus, some semen after i pee (while defecating), like if something pressured the prostate and made that happen. I was treated with antibiotics and a prostate medication to reduce the inflamation. I was tested for STD, they did an sperm cultivation (don't know if it is well written), urine cultivation, and everything came negative. They did me an ultrasound (kidneys, prostate and bladder) and they said it was normal too). Maybe the prostate was a little inflamated I went to two urologists, to a dermatologist, and they all say the purple "ring" on my glans is normal, but, the thing is, as i mention before, is that i didn't have it before. It's more perceptible when the penis is erected (like blood vessels or veins). The glans pealed itself after the infection.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance...

EDIT: The meatus get a little red (sore) after ejaculation.

EDIT 2: I used anti fungal cream, and some with vitamin A (prescribed by one of the urologists). The other urologist said all is normal, same as the dermatologist.
