Is this herpes ? Has anyone had anything similar

Hi , after being treated for chlamydia i realized , i had small tiny bumps on my lips , they do not hurt or bug me , after i realized my tongue had a small black spot , it went away . my throat has a weird look and my mouth is yellow. I also have enlarged tongue bump, papillae i believe they are called . I was tested for herpes with the blood lab on Thursday but do not have my results yet. I cant sleep or focus , so scared . imageimage
