File size is too bigSo when i was in the shower i was washing up. I FELT itchy so i scratched. I went to examine myself and i noticed this red patch. I DONt know if its irritation or a initial herpes outbreak. I have a new partner we did hiv screening but not herpes. We had our first unprotected sex in April. its been almost 4 momths and i havent had sex with anyone else and last time i was with him was in May. I did a herpes panel before it was positive for hsv1 and the lady said hsv2 initially came out positive but the confirmation negative. so basically inconclusive. IM SCARED, feeling horrible dont have anyone to talk about this. I Confronted my partner and he says that he never had any outbreak so hes confused. Any insight will help and tips. i posted as many clear pics as i can. check the comments for the photos

well if you scratched it pretty hard i imagine its just irritated from something. i wouldnt worry unless it gets worse or something

you already have confirmed hsv 1 so why are you worried?

from what i see in the picture it is not caused by it,it's a skin irritation, allergic or bacterial, the pictures are not very clear

Im worried because hsv2 is genital and from what i hear is very painful and uncomfortable. I have hsv1 and im okay with it because its the oral type and I rarely if ever get an outbreak.
