Is this herpes? Or just friction burn

I am stupid and had unprotected sex with a stranger yesterday. The sex was really dry and rough and I was sore afterward.

Yesterday, after I peed, I wiped and I saw blood. I looked and there were small tiny skin breaks or tears with blood. I’m paranoid, idk if an STD would appear overnight or if it’s just tears because the sex was rough and dry. The skin breaks/tears are near the vaginal pep sing. I feel like I should also note that I did wax two days before, if that has any factors.

Obviously, I am going to get tested anyways, but I won’t be able to go since my appointment is not until next Friday (5/28) I’m just scared this is herpes or something, or even a yeast infection (so I’ve read). There is no itching and no burning

Woke up in the morning and they just look like this? The little red dots from the blood?

I feel like this could be just a friction burn, or he scratched me. He did go down on me and he did have a lot of facial hair.

I get different answers that this is just a friction burn and other have said its herpes, because it could begin as a tear. I am going to get blood tested anyways, but please help me ease my mind or let me know if i should be worried and prepared for worse case scenario

      looks like a friction burn, the bleeding is unusual for herpes

      thats what i was thinking, but other people were telling me yes its herpes, but i dont think it would have shown up literally overnight. there is nothing there now, just no itching or burning, plus my friend said the same has happened to her before. i am still going to get tested for peace of mind.

      Herpes can show up overnight and feel painless and non itchy. But the bleeding is unusual. And it just looks like friction. Did you get tested in the end??

      not yet. my appointment is on friday because i wanted to wait for the two week window
