looks like vestibulo papilomatosis - a type of benign tumor on the vulva. Totally harmless and cannot be spread by sexual intercourse. A bit like moles on the vulva. Men get them too around the head of the penis, called pearly papules - again, harmless. Because they are normal and harmless there is no treatment, unless you want costly cosmetic surgery.
