Is this what "Normal" feels like

Hi guys,

I've been on sertraline for 4 weeks. 2 at 50mg last 3 weeks at 100mg. Felt very low with the increase and insomnia. Monday and Tuesday my anxiety was through the roof I take propanolo too. I took one 40mg tablet yesterday to calm me, which worked.

Today I feel good and I haven't taken any propanolo.

Are the meds finally kicking in? Is this how people feel? I can't rem a time I last felt the way I do now. I've been suffering with general anxiety distorder for five years.

It's so strange I even catching myself waiting and trying to feel the anxiety. But it's just not there. I just hope this continues. :-)

    Funny you said that, i do the same, try and think negative like before ....just cant.... bad thoughts...nup! Its 3.5 weeks now for me. My magic pill🔮

    For me it almost started working from day 2, taking it for major anxiety and horrid daily panic attacks. Not one attack thank God....i felt death each time.

    I'm glad its doing its magic for you and i hope it continues to do so. I haven't had any major side effects...no appetite...thats it.
