Itchy irritated line

Has anyone had a line that goes down their skin fold? I have had this for awhile now and it sometimes itches and hurts. Ive been tested for infections, STIs and even had a biopsy. All negative. I know its not contact dermatitis because im super careful and use no soap in the area, wash my hair seperately, hypoallergenic laundry detergent (even went without underwear for awhile to see!) and ive been rinsing after each bathroom visit and using unbleached toilet paper. image

    yes me! ive been dealing w/ it & irritation for months. a steroid ointment has worked for me to calm it, but i was told it was dermatitis even though ive changed every single possible irritant i can and nothings changed

      itching and irritation. it all started after a yeast infection. and the line is sometimes on both but mainly one side. it also can flare up.

      and no biopsy. ive been considering going to a dermatologist bc ive been to my gyn several times now
