It actually could be caused by something in the air. I get this itch along with itchy/irritated eyes a couples times a year due to seasonal allergies. You could see an allergy specialist that might be able to help you pinpoint the cause. In the meantime though, try Claritin RediTabs, they help a lot with my itches.

Hey... I had the same problem too.

But, i got relief by drinking elaichi water everyday.

There are the steps to make elaichi powder

    requirements: 1. elaichi powder

    2. 1.5 glass of water

first to boil water and mix powder in it *half teaspoon* after water evaporated and half glass remaining, then drink it.

it will help u the most... 🙏

Let me share my experience with similar health issues:

    1) 'itchy roof of mouth'.

I suffered a lot with this symptom. After going reading this thread, I was able to get rid of itchy palate issue.

my root cause: lack of water. I used to get into this state if i don't drink water for long hours in evening and roam around in shopping mall or keep driving etc. Later i made it a habbit to drink glass of fluid at every 1 hr. Now i feel i have completely overcome this problem.

    2) runny nose, sneezing, itchy-watering eyes etc very frequently.

Suffering a lot for many years with this. It is surely allergic - caused by dust, histamines etc. But not limited to them. I get into this situation at regular intervals even without exposure to those allergic substances (once in a week atleast). So may be lack of immunity or something like that. Hoping to find a good remedy some day.

    3) pain in nose - at the edges and slowly spreading to forehead and surrounding areas and turn into severe headache.

I used to get this kind of pain in my nose very frequently. It used to be severe like migraine..  My recent observations say that acidity may be causing this. I have reasons to believe it could be because of 'Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), also known as acid reflux'. Now i started to reduce  the chances of me getting int othis situation. Now i am taking some generic tablets (Pan 40) .. and it has disappered.

GERD causes strange problems - I have seen people getting continuous cough because of this. After consulting all sort of doctors and taking all cough medicines without use, they treated acidity and this problem is gone.   This nose-pain is also one these kinds.  While we get treatment for external symptom but never realize the root-cause.
