please answer, im men 24 years old have high frequency masturbation (start in 13 year old) in one day i masturbate 2-3 time. its that possible to get BPH in my age because my masturbate habit ?

result from xray but they didnt 100% believe this stricture , because x ray progress so hard, maybe they cant go in my prostate uretrhal because my prostate its enlarge 20cc or maybe because the muscle get tight

There is no 'believe it's a urethral stricture.' Cystoscopy 100% will verify if you have one. If you do, then you do various imaging tests to determine length of stricture. I think you are worrying way too much. STOP yanking your chain so much.. You probably have just over whacked it and have urethral inflammation. As I mentioned before, if you continually do this non-stop, there is a risk of an urethral stricture forming over time.
Some have mentioned here that masturbation and sex have nothing to do with these symptoms. They are right, and WRONG. It depends on HOW YOU MASTURBATE, even the kind of sex you have. If it's rough sex and masturbation, then it can definitely have a role here. Just chill out and quit punishing the monkey for a few weeks 😃

I think what you are talking about is narrowing of the urethra due to inward growth of the prostatic lobes pressing on the urethra causing it to partially collapse . I don't think it is true stricture. Ask your urologist and he will be hopefully able to answer.

have you used or are you using any performance enhancing drugs? oral or injectable? testosterone or its analogs or hgh?

Highly unlikely - try to stop spanking the tool as believe it or not, you can get Non-specific urethritis from over spanking which inflames the urethra, and over time, can cause a narrowing/stricture.
In other words when concerning your monkey - spare the rod!
