A year ago i suddenly had a bad stomach attack. It was around the time of something stressful happening that has carried on over the next year, and a two week virus I had also. so I assume one of these triggered it?

I have constant bloating, sometimes it goes down overnight but the feelings always there of my belly feeling full, bloated, and a twisty feeling. wheat really effects me so I try to eat less, but still i feel all foods i eat bloat me, and thats everything i eat. also i get serve pain after eating some days.

Ive been tested for celiac, food allergies my ovaries have been checked and all my organs and all clear, so they said IBS but i cant help think its more serious due to the constant bloating.

Im trying to loose weight at the moment but feel so stressed because its not working and i just look like im pregnant.

Any tips or advice on how to manage and help this?

thanks!

You were stressed, pumping out adrenaline and vunerable to infection, so no wonder you got a virus. If it was gastrointestinal then that could cause your IBS. Antibiotics and yeast forming drugs dont often help the ladies in tummy and down there!

Dont eat wheat then. Simple. (I found it hurt when I punched my self in the face so I stopped.)

Join a gym and dont ponce about cycling machines their, get on the weights.

Try VSL3#  Probiotic or Kefir and limit the carbs to help balance out your gut flora is a good start.

I have really bad abdominal bloating which goes away when I sleep but as soon as I eat anything it comes back, I get cramping and pressure upwards on my diaphragm, doctors don't care, it's a very uncomfortable feeling,

      Hello again Mick,

1 TBSP of apple cider vinegar in a full glass of water, 20 - 30 minutes before eating. Give it a try. The solution is right on your dinner plate.

You need to keep REGULAR and ....everything will be fine.

Avoid ALL dairy for the moment...in all its forms except butter. Don't even have a tiny bit in your tea until you are over this issue.

If you are constipated, do as I wrote in my earlier post. I am sure you will be as right as rain in a day or two.
