Great to know I can PM you. I was hoping that was the case. I'm well into my second year doing this and I'm putting a lot of credence to what you said about two years being kind of a turning point. I can see that happening with me.
Its very gradual isn't it. I don't think I'm ready for the "on/off" attempts yet. But feeling very comfortable with cic; about 4 times a day. It helps not having a job but I'm confident if I have to do that, I can handle the inconvenience of doing cic. I know; I've read posts on that topic. So helpful. Way more than my doctor's office.
