Job Interview Phobia

Hi all. My company are currently going through a restructure and unfortunately I have to interview for a job I’ve been doing for 15 years! I really tried to prepare with an interview course, you tube tips and writing examples of my best pieces of work. Now the time has arrived I’ve fallen apart, off work sick and not left my room for days with crippling anxiety. Work have really done their best to help but I don’t feel like I can do it. Advice please? Should I take redundancy and run?!! I have to do the interview in the next 2 weeks!
