Today, one year to the day I started taking prednisone I want to thank the wonderful people who have supported me on this unexpected and unwelcome journey.  💕🌷☕

Anhaga, your contributions have also supported us as we all travel along this rotten journey. I find that the best thing about this site is that we all stay as heathy as we can by exchanging tips, advice and loads of personal knowledge and I know that I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for the rest of you members. Sit down and have a well deserved rest! Regards, tina

Thanks all.  Feeling not bad at all today.  I'd done something to my back, but it's much better today.  Guess I can't do my favourite (NOT) household chore of vacuuming.  Darn!

    What a lovely post Anhaga.

This forum has been a lifeline for me too and I would have been lost without it.
