just been dignosed with mild-moderate spinal restrictions what should I expect??

hi all only just found out I have mild-moderate spinal restrictions not been told what will happen next how will it affect me and does it get better or not?can any one help

    I just thought it was all part of my fibro the stiff neck shoulder pain I then found out I had bursitis on top of that wasn't till I had my hospital appointment they said didn't have as much rangE in my neck on my right side as did with my left and then iv just kinda been left with it

    they gave me a shot of steroids and anti inflamitry tablets

      Right, and call me in the morning.  At the very least you need some physical therapy.  I don't have fibromyalgia but I get tired of doctors dismissing it as aches and pains.  I hope these help you, but please don't be afraid to seek more medical attention if you need it.
