Just diagnosed and I'm so scared

I'm 21 years old and today I got diagnosed with herpes. I'm so shocked and scared as I've always used protection but most of all embarrassed and disappointed in myself. I feel so dirty and ashamed and could really just do with someone who could share their own experiences with me as I have nobody to talk to!

    I was wondering if someone who has herpes and you obv didn't know they had it, used unprotected sex and did oral wouldn't you have herpes in your vagina and mouth??? I'm kinda confused

    Hi, i feel your pain. Im 22 and was just diagnosed 2 days ago. I felt a lot of anger and regret towards myself. It is something i never expected to get in my life. Because honeslty our lives our now changed forever...especially sexually.
