Hi all.
For those zopiclone users having struggles I have found a few links that may be useful and effective for you.
I hope you are being kind to yourself, treating yourself to nice things during the day and even after an awful night if you are reducing it seeing friends and doing some enjoyable things. I am going to the Gardens with a group of friends including couples and single people that is something to look forward to and I meet people from church for coffee, and am just trying to use years and years of support, counselling, church courses and university work to help and change the lives of mental health sufferers. Any of you could turn your AWFUL traumatic experiences with zopiclone into something positive - you will get through this.

These websites provide advice on ensuring you get good sleep and although I hope and pray the doctors get it RIGHT for you with slow withdrawal from zopiclone this advice might help if they are unfairly and cruelly cutting it down too much. Do keep sharing your stories though and let everyone know if it does improve. I am SO hoping it will. Good on you doing everything you can for things to come right and be treated with some kindness. AND, GOOD ON YOU ALL FOR SUPPORTING EACH OTHER AND BEING SO CARING AND UNDERSTANDING OF EACH OTHER! That is a strength of all of you - you could get work with the skills of caring, supporting and doing your own research for others and yourself.
Here is a website from this link that might encourage you about this.
I am just watching Britians Got Talent here in NZ! Great talent on there which you all have too wherever your potential lies that everyone has. Make sure you watch good entertaining non-discriminating TV and I find when I don't sleep watching TV takes my mind off worrying about not going to sleep and I am more tired after the programme is finished. Rescue Remedy is a natural sleep remedy too that may be effective - I have found it to be and I love the losenges as you can take as many as you like to get through a rough time from the pharmacy. I also many glasses of warm milk, eating healthily, exercising and being caring to friends and having them caring for you is good.
Also - would you believe it? In my reading of the Word For Today from Radio Rhema that comes from America it just spoke of the value of caring and supporting others so if you want to read encouraging scriptural advice and support that is good to read. Just Google Word for Today Radio Rhema and it should come up with several links or screens to click on to subscribe and read them. Honestly, it does me a lot of good reading it and it is a form of support.
Take care and be kind to yourself. You will get through this and I hope and pray you definitely get the medical treatment you so deserve and are entitled to.
