Labia Minora Shrinking!!

Hi Ladies
I have never used clob and have managed my itching, soreness and lesions with natural things. Olive oil or coconut oil to keep things moist and a little dab of tea tree directly onto the itch which for me is at the top of my left labia majora just on the inside edge. This is where my white patches are plus a few slightly raised what I think must be hair follicle spots. ( waiting for a dermatologist ref to come through re this). What is concerning me is that in the last couple of months my labia Minora has noticeably shrunk and my clit has also shrunk! I have no fusing and can still have sex with no pain. ( long may this continue). Does clob prevent shrinkage or will it happen regardless. I was diagnosed 2 years ago. Maybe I've been lucky up to now and LS is starting to enforce her true colours on me now. I don't want to use clob but if this is a preventative measure then perhaps I should. I don't have any LS symptoms other than shrinkage at present other than on my labia majora. I am 55yrs so maybe this could also be atrophy from menopause? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank ladies.

‘I wrote to you yesterday but see my comment is on hold by the moderators as I placed websites in it. Hopefully you receive this one,
Take a look at the following: bsccp organisation on net and search for the lichens of the vulva. You will see a 25 minute video that I found gave me a good idea of what the vulva looks like and different impact of LS and shrinkage.
If you don’t find it, pm me and I’ll send you the link.

HI janie - be sure to include magnesium in your supplements list. IT will keep the vitamin D and other from causing constipation. also be sure to be drinking about 8 glasses of WATER a day - ESpecially in this hottest summer on record! dehydration also causes constipation. Yeah... creatigna whole new diet really takes some imagination and work but I'm kinda enjoying hte opportunity to learn new things to eat. smiles.

With regard to the borax...how are you using that? what kind of routine and how much? maybe you need to be adding a bit more?
There are so many women on this site that use the borax maybe they will chime in.

HI there lucky Lynn to live in the worlds most wonderful city - San Francisco! smiles.
Ahhh... I had my day all planned out for getting some creative work done... and somethng this morning made me follow my nose... after another person mentioned who? mentioned the bit of chocolate that threw her off 3 days after consuming it. ARGH! is right. I occasionally notice that I feel like a bull being led around by a nose ring willy-nilly wherever this LS feel like it, eh? dang no...
OH! I never look down there anymore - I go by how I FEEL - it's too discouraging otherwise. I learned that attitude from Guppy actaully; she mentioned something some months ago. Just to live our lives and not let this run us in circles... who cares if the color is a little off if I'm not hurting But yeah... Lynn, I too have noticed a little backpeddling today - whaaaat? I've been a good girl.
I started to read up yet again on the supplements that I had already found and to delve deeper into their use. I started with chromium that is on my list because I've been aware of it for 40 years since find out about hypoglycemia. I couldn't remember if i have it on my LS list for a generic reason for everyone. Well YES! it reduces infections in skin AND it helps to reduce BELLY FAT.. which as it turns out has a huge association with vitamin D deficiency - holy moly!
BUT on the way to that I stumbled somehow on a conversation about whether autoimmune diseases really are what scientists are thinking they are - "auto" - holy s**t - you mean after my months of reading on how our illness' all converge?
Well, the research scientist (sorry, too may tabs open tonight for the moment) gave a explanation that these all might be connected through fungus! MOLD to be precise. ??? is that possible. Do we really keep reinfecting ourselves from our own environment?
The part about BORON/BORAX and Apple Cider Vinegar water is precisely based upon that theory... they are known antiviral, antifungal and anti whatever.....
So thinking of that today, I've been wondering whether all you who are spritzing yourselves with borax water in the middle of the day are Also taking the borax water INTERNALLY? Is that written up on here? I know it's in my 17 page itemization sometime back. Internally is the way to get to the systemic part of our issues.
Cheer up Lynn - let's keep adding to our knowledge base. I really liked the homeopathic Graphites & calendula cream that someone mentioned today. i read up on each product - it sounds like another thing to give a good try to also ... more later more seems to e coming in . now where did I put that . ... what doyou all think aobut a possible hidden mold problem? do any of you "hose down' your homes with hydrogen peroxide or something? ahhh

hi janie, yeah, I get shocked too when I realize how quickly our bodies give us feedback now. My assumption is that my body has been sending me signals for years.. and I wasn't ready to listen. Yeah, what about you? Looking back I remember that I used to get some cookies with the thougth I can "cheat " this isn't much I eaat so well other wise.... etc etc. finally realized that our whole culture is built on "cheating" - thinking we can "get away with something. SO I'm now enjoying realy getting involved with my own body carefully listening to it. no cookie's for me - no snow cones for you smiles. Didyou see my comment about chromium a bit ago? it really helps to stave off the sugar cravings... plus all sort sof other good help.
HOw is your sleep now, Janie?? Not only is MAGNESIUM good for preventing constipation is also is fabulous for sound sleep. I''m currently taking about 800 mg. we are here for you your'e not alone blessings!

Guppy you are so right , I have been trying new things and not with great results.
I feel i over do things as everytime someone mentions a breakthrough i try it.
My LS does not like so many things.
So i have resorted to basics with a few adjustments 🤗

oh indeed you are right, Lynn.. .i think it's just that we don't need to do it every day, a kind of thing where constant anticipation causes more distress.

Maybe try not to put anything on your Vjay during the day for a while, and just use the borax and a bit of oil before bed. Sometimes overdoing it can make things a bit worse I think.
