iv had glandular for 10 months
I feel I get worse around my monthlies, start to feel more anxious, legs ache and become very fatigued
just wondering if any other ladies have had similar?
and for those that are better do all these symptoms disappear as the virus lessens?

Still thinking about you and rooting for you Lori and Lisa, hoping so much that 2019 can be a year of peace, hope and recovery for you both. I don't think many people truly understand just how debilitating, draining, worrying and dreadful to go through the whole process of glandular fever from day 1 until the day of recovery - words really couldn't describe it for me how tough I found it and I know you both can relate to that for sure.
But remember guys there is recovery from this thing - the key phrase is the day of recovery -that day DOES and WILL come, and you will get through this completely and be back to full health again. I truly believe that given my own experience and belief in God's mercy and healing. It's so hard to see when going through it I know, thinking about you and hang in there!

I know Lori it's just the unknown factor about recovery timescales and everything that is so frightening I remember - if someone could say to you it would take say another 3 months and you would really start to be feeling much better, it would be a bit of a blow / disappointing that you have to cope with this for another 3 months, but then a great relief also that you could see an end in sight and better times ahead beyond that.
But rest assured Lori absolutely you will recover and get better again - I 100% believe that given everything I know about this horrid virus from my own experience and reading the experiences of others, etc. God is there and has plans to give you a future and a hope Lori, that is the truth for sure!

yup, same thing happens to me around that time too. It's been 9 months since i started feeling off and 7 months since really becoming weak and getting the worst of the symptoms. so tiring and frustrating!
also, Just wondering if you were perhaps diagnosed with low iron anytime throughout this illness as well? I know it can be pretty common in girls but it was never an issue for me until i started to feel strange with the mono symptoms. I Actually thought my symptoms were due to low iron first but soon realized that it cannot be because I am not anemic. I just want to know if maybe these two things could be connected.

Hey Dominika,
Hoping things are feeling well and settled for you at the moment - still rooting for you! That is certainly something worth getting checked by folks going through the virus and fatigue, iron levels / anaemia, always something worth getting checked and ruling out as a potential factor.
