Hi All,

I want to compile a new list of all the symptoms we have experienced that aren't on the 66 listed. If you could take a minute to write yours, that would be great. I'd really like to get these lists to all of our doctors out there, so hope when we are finished you will too..

My latest is burning foot, just one foot

Also noticed anxiety and depression did not make the list

Sensitivity to drugs

Frozen shoulder (aka menopausal or 50's shoulder)

Pain in upper back near shoulder blade

Trouble breathing (beyond shortness of breath, can't get a deep breath in)

High heart rate (even with low blood pressure)

Burning facial and upper body skin without sweating

sore, dry throat

My wife is suffering a severe burning sensation in and around her anus with very dry skin in that same area. Any ideas?

i had the same thing on and off for a while. The most affective treatment i have found is to put a small amount of Vasoline around the area at bed time. After a few nights its gone. I started to take more Vitamin C as skin can be helped with a boost of that. Take that in the day time. if she's really struggling with pain, then piles cream will help but it doest remove the problem. i dont know how old your wife is but hormone fluctuations seem to cause all sorts of annoying symptoms.

Hi Kate, she's 53 and menopausal. We presumed that would have a lot to do with it. Thank you for the advice.

THANK YOU for adding to the list of symptoms . The worst for me is the inner body vibrations and electrical feelings. The body vibrations can be described as an inner shake, like a cellphone on the vibration mode, you feel as though something is really wrong with you . You are not balanced. It results in anxiety and muscle weakness . There are many posts on this symptom and it seems to be related to anxiety .

I did not understand what was happening to me. will have to talk to my Dr. about my symptoms when I see her next week.

I've had episodes of restless legs at night when trying to sleep. I've also have vaginal/anal itching . It's really bad just before my period starts which is getting further apart and s either really light to heavy. That latest annoying symptom is the heart palpitations. I've had almost all the symptoms that everyone has mentioned at one time or another. I'm so glad i came across these blog as i was beginning to feel like I was going crazy. Praying this will all pass quickly for all of us!

Hello! I've just discovered this wonderful site, and it's extremely comforting to know that I'm not the only one feeling like I'm losing my mind during perimenopause. I'm 45, and have only recently started this transition, but have started experiencing dizziness and tingling/numbness in my hands and feet, along with a constant pounding heartbeat, and the feeling of vibration throughout my body. Sleeping is getting really hard because it never seems to stop! My heart and bloods have all checked out fine, and the next step is a brain MRI in case it's neurological, which is completely terrifying. I'm desperately hoping to hear that these aren't uncommon symptoms during perimenopause, as my Dr isn't sure whether they are.... Thank you so much for being here!!

Thank you. I feel so relieved reading this list. I've had so many of these; weird feeling like I can't get a deep breath in, jelly legs, restless legs, raging health anxiety, hot flashes, palpitations, sweating under my hair and on my chest at night, feelings of doom, need to burp all the time, upset tummy, not wanting to eat, sleep issues, dreadful dreams, panic, tingling hands and feet. The list goes on.
