Let's talk about tiredness & sweating waterfalls

Aloha!

My son had LTHR ten weeks ago & is here in Hawaii for a conference. The heat & humidity can be debilitating but it was after sunset when we walked from one end of the mall to the other. He tried on & bought jeans & a few drugstore items. By the time he was done & had walked back, he was winded, exhausted & sweating profusely.

The tiredness has come up in Lynn's & mentioned by Cels, Graham & others. It is son's greatest concern. He is facing an RTHR & can only wonder what additional effects that will have. It's hard to tell a 30 y/o to put his life on hold. Are any of you hippies able to overcome this lack of energy & stamina? Any suggestions are welcomed gratefully.

The sweating. He has never sweated like this. It all started with the opioid painkillers - he sweated & itched intensely in reaction to one of them. Have you experienced this, even weeks or months after the surgery?

Mahalo in advance for any advice or ideas you may have.
