light headed

Starting to feel real light headed and kind of dizzy is this normal?

    Did anyone of you ever felt disconnected from yourself? If so how did you get through it

    Can someone help me please? I take Propranolol 10mg, once 3 times a day and I think I might of accidentally taken 4 instead of 3. Am I gonna be okay? I also have a fear that I woke up at 7am, took Propranolol, went back to bed and then took it again at 7:15 or 7:30 and that's making me feel anxious.

      Read the instruction leaflets which come with the drugs.  I think a 33% overdose is unlikely to be dangerous.

      If you fear overdosing,  ignore the advice about keeping drugs in their original packaging.   Use one of those pill carriers which has a box for each day.  That way you can see whether you have already taken today's pill(s).
