TRY Cetirizine ZYRTEC antihistamine ! Tight throat and hard to swallow .

My body attacks itself even though im not allergic to anything, did all the tests ! my body for some reason attacks itself when I heat up after exersice other people can get it when they drink ice cold drinks . But in any case it causes the body to send out low level hystamine .

My globus went away after I took antystamine , the tightnes in throat was a low level version of when someone gets a bee sting ! good news I dont need EPI pen , as its very low level just bothersome to feel lump there . CURE : Cetirizine !

Antihistamines didn't touch my symptoms. I gave it another round and nothing. Waiting on my magnolia and pinella combo. If that doesn't give me some relief I will go the path my GI recommended and try dilation.

Good luck to all my fellow experiencers on the healing path.

I've experienced it behind my nose on the left side near my ear. It's in the back of my upper throat. Usually I hear about people who experience nearer their voice box but mine is above my soft palate on the left side.

A lot of the time that's how I would describe mine on the right side though. Seems to be top back of throat almost like I want to push on my upper palate to relieve the pain. Hang in there
