Looking for a restful sleep

OK so it's 04:14 and I'm still kind of awake sighs, I'm looking at buying a new mattress and wondered if any of you lovely people had any ideas on which type that would be suitable in helping me get a really good nights sleep? 😀 Thankyou

    I must be different as have tried all the memory type mattresses but ended up with a form orthopaedic one from John Lewis. Still find sleep a challenge though. I try to go to bed when really tired and seem to go off ok but not for long.

    I have bought a bed with memory foam mattress..it’s help with my pains and more comfortable..with normal mattress..also plenty of pillows!!
