Looking for advice on syphilis

Hello there, i’ve posted on here recently. quick recap i had what i would describe as a small cluster of small red spots/circles with what seem to be dry skin around them which covered about 20% of my penis tip. i went to see my doctor but by that time they were healed/faded but still noticeable under light. he said was probably a bacterial/yeast infection. he gave me a cream which seemed to work but my tip and corona still seem a bit reddish the red spots are gone though it could just be me being paranoid. also i don’t know if this is related or not but on my shaft i got what looks like a reddish bruise, it’s like a small splotch/spot it’s not tender or sore. looks like it’s underneath the skin if that makes sense. I will admit i’m not consistent with the cream like i should be. Anyway i’m concerned it may be something else. i’ve done a bit of research and my main concern is syphilis but every article i read seems to have different symptoms a bit similar to mine. Would appreciate it if someone could give me a bit of advice. I have had unprotected oral sex about 2 months ago. not sure if this just coincidentally related or not or if just being paranoid. Thank you

Go get a VDRL Blood blood test. Syphilis is very easily curable unless it reaches tertiary level after 10-15 years. One penicilin shot and you should be fine, depending on severity you may need more dosage. Doctor should be able to help you. It can also be cured using oral doxiciline.
