Hi..... Just an update... My biopsy report is early stage endometrium cancer (stage 1A). To all women out there, please go for check up if you are having heavy menses and spotting in between menses and irregular menses. Never wait till it is too late. Endometrium or uterus cancer is not a disease anyone could get irregardless your age!!!

Hi nicola, thanks for asking. Biopsy report is endometrial cancer stage 1A. Early cancer detection, tumor size 3cm x 0.9cm, no radiation/chemo required. Survival rate on high side but have to be careful on diet and to go on review every 3 months for 1st year.

Oh, by the way, do you need to visit toilet frequently while recuperating after op.? I am going mad as I need to frequent toilet every half hour to an hour. Doctor put me on another dose of antibiotics today and pain killer for back ache.

Nic, best to consult Doctor on the red stool. During hysterectomy, our colon, intestine, bladder has been moved around at the mercy of surgeons😖😖... Never know any injury done as our physical body bruises is an evidences of how haphazard our body been handle during op 😰

Hello Ladies, so already had my hysterectomy done. They found a lot o endometriosis under my rib cage and also on my left side, that's why my shooting pains through out my left leg. They also found endo on the bladder which it did not show up on MRI. What they were already expecting was endo behind the uterus stuck to the sigmoid colon, which luckily was persevered smile I hope nothing will happen from now on.  2 days after , still in very much pain. Back pain as well. What's worrying me is the pain and burning sensation down my leg, last night night was terrible. Still very difficult to turn sideways. I like to sleep on my left hand side and can't, it hurts too much. Still feel a lot of gas passing through my intestinessad

i will have to have so much patience

I'm so lucky to have my partner that helps in everything , bless him. biggrin

Thank you ladies , hope is well .

i appreciate any advise, opinions etc..

    Kind regards

    Carla 😘

Hi Carla, I am 11 days post op and still find it difficult to sleep side way especially left sided. It will take some time for swollen muscles and tissues surrounding abdominal to recover from op shock. You need to walk more in order to loosen up muscle and relieve back ache. Pain killer will help ease the pain too. Try abdominal binder if walking is a pain. Did you preserve ovaries too? Take care
