Ls paladin cream

Hi

I was wondering if any of you ladies have tried paladin cream? I believe it is available to buy in the uk now.

I would love to know if this is truly effective or if not paladin then anything that helps to take out the redness and sore areas.

I am 51 years old and have had Ls for about 15 years my condition worsening all the time. I use the dermovate twice weekly and more with flare ups.

I am looking for an additional cream to use along side of the dermovate and to restrain from using the dermovate as much.
