Lump on leg after accident a few weeks ago

a few weeks ago i had a horrible fall from a horse onto gravel and the horse landed on to my ankle (the horse was 17hh) i never got it checked because the swelling went down and i can walk on it however, just recently ive been getting a tight stinging pain when i stretch my calf and when i rub where it hurts there is a lump. could this be from the accident and theres damage that i havent treated?imageimageimage

    I'd personally nip to A&E and get an xray done. you may well have a hairline fracture there
