Lumps on inner labia?

Hi

I have these clusters of what look to be white lumps on the edges of my labia, both sides.

Initially I thought warts as I have HPV - cervical strand.

Now I am not sure. It does get itchy sometimes. But they dont leak or anything.

Can anyone help? Am going to docs but to calm my concerns in the meantime, m nervous to show them.
