Lumps, swelling under glans, dry foreskin, Curving and size of Penis PLEASE HELP!

Hello for the last 8 months I have noticed some problems with my penis.
It seems like it is curving to the right and upwards and twisting to the right (when flassid or erect), I've also been noticing some white hard ish lumps (quiet painful if touched) appearing In different places all over the shaft of the penis (Peyronie's disease?). As well as that for about 3 months I have also noteiset it has been swelling under the glans if I pull back foreskin It dose look all swollen, red and like a rash with little red spots (trapped Blood?) and finally also my foreskin seems really dry and wrinkly. All of these problems are causing some pain and discomfort with my penis, I would also like to note I have never had sex.
I have been to the doctors about these Issues an Endocrinologist and a Urologist as I have other problems not just this (Primary Hypogonadism) (No Testicles).
The Endocrinologist was completely unsure what it was and sent me to a Urologist the Urologist wasn't interested in helping me sorting out the issues and concerns, I told him I think it might be Peyronie's disease but he was like theirs no way its Peyronie's disease as its really rare and it normally doesn't effect men in my age group (I'm 23) and the only option for Peyronie's disease he said is surgery witch is very painful and doesn't always fixes the problems.
I also am insecure about my penis size it never grew through puberty it might be because I was born with Primary Hypogonadism (No Testicles I'm on TRT for life) I've seen doctors about it they are not interested in helping, is there any way to make it bigger (length and Girth) safely for example Gelking and stretching exercises, Traction Devices, Pumps, weights..........
I've got a lot more than this going on I have Depression and suicidal thoughts and this is just adding to it as its bothering me and its embarrassing Please can someone help me!

Hello Ryan, I think you have a very complex situation going on for you with your genitalia. I am on this web site because I have been dealing with issues related to my penis from the age of about 16 and throughout my adult life, and I am now 62. I am going to copy and paste the issues I can help you with on a potential ongoing basis, from your initial Forum Post, so that you can decide whether this is something you want me to do.
However, I think it is essential for you to address how you are feeling right now and to get some Talking Therapy support for that. If you agree to Talking Therapy support then these are the things I can potentially help you with: -
.
" for about 3 months I have also 'noticed' it has been swelling under the glans if I pull back foreskin It ... look swollen, red and like a rash with little red spots (trapped Blood?) and ... my foreskin seems really dry and wrinkly. All ... are causing some pain and discomfort with my penis, I would also like to note I have never had sex "
.
You talk about the support you have had from an Endocrinologist and that the Urologist did not seem, from my perspective anyway, to be particularly sympathetic to the situation you face. You also say:
.
" I also am insecure about my penis size it never grew through puberty ... I've seen doctors about it they are not interested in helping, is there any way to make it bigger (length and Girth) safely for example 'Jelqing' and stretching exercises, Traction Devices, Pumps, weights .......... "
.
So as I say, the Doctors have again been unsympathetic about this - and again, I can help you with the things you mention, specifically, in terms of penis enlargement, as I have had to try these for myself too.
.
Essentially, please contact your Family / Regular Doctor or GP practice surgery and get the contact number for the Talking Therapy Service in your area and go and get an assessment. I am highlighting the positive role that Talking Therapy can have for you, you are facing a complex set of circumstances with regard to your genitalia, and when you try to deal with all of these issues yourself, this can, and has quite clearly created your feelings of depression - and your state of mind needs to be addressed so that you can move on in a positive sense from where you currently are.
.
You can update your Forum Post here at any time, and ask me any further questions you may have, but I would prefer that you contact me ONLY after you have seen a Talking Therapy Service, and your initial assessment has taken place.
Please note: I do not deal with Personal Messages (PM's) or the Messaging service on this site, ALL contact MUST be in your Forum Post, if you PM or Message me, I will NOT respond. This is not just for you but all the people I have contact with on this web site .... !

So as I say here is my detail on penis enhancement: to remind myself of the real practical issues involved in jel qing and in using a vacuum device I have just restarted to use both techniques.
As I said before, the main concern is injury with both techniques - so what I would suggest you do is look for information about warm up practices and methods for both of the techniques I mention here.
Massage is very underrated and once you perfect this - through months of trying different ways of manipulation, you should be able to see that when you get this right it can be a real foundation on which to build from.
You can do internet searches that talk about warm up procedures, much of this is on the likes of You Tube and elsewhere - and much of it is linked to term such as Tan tric and Tantr acism and suchlike.
I would would suggest you find sources of information such as this for you to try.
So, just to get my essential point clear - you should NOT be using any of the manual techniques themselves (jel q and vacuu m etc) until you have perfected what I am suggesting as warm up. And again, it don't just mean you have tried these for at least 6 to 8 months, but, have a proven method in place that you have developed that has worked for you, AND has not caused you problem or injury ......
