I'm interested in this too. I'm going to have a TKR in October and was wondering if it was worth changing orthos and trying it out or just go with the standard surgery.

Don't think I'm ready to trust a machine

From what I have learn the machine only guide the surgeon on performing the surgery but he does the actual work, as a result allows just minimal incision and faster healing.

I would trust a computer (machine). I had lung cancer and it was a computer that removed 1/3 of my lung. Tiny scar and recuperation was fast. I also had never smoked. If it had been an option for my TKR i would have chosen it.
