Man vs GA

Hi everyone as I posted on the other thread after some great advice from members on here and some in depth research I'm going to tackle the Paleo Immune diet.. or Paleo AIP as seeps to be also known as..
I think its the only thing that can help for me anyway.. after trying lots of different things (see my other post)
Im going to see if I can attach some photos on here so people can see what level the GA is for me at starting this diet.. then will update more pics as it hopefully starts to fade.
If anyone else is interested in giving this a go if you PM me your email address I can send you the info that I've got ebooks etc.
I've decided to start this today.. been shopping got all the right stuff.. had to throw out a load of bad stuff to fit it all in.. lets hope the kids dont miss them too much haha... tomato sauce is overrated anyways
No alcohol is going to be challenging as Jay was saying yesterday he likes a drink and drinks more than average person.. I'm the same I'm in the habit of drinking a bottle of red wine every night and it doesnt even get me drunk I drink it not to get drunk but just force of habit.. so that habit is going the distance and even if the GA doesnt clear up completely I'll be a million times healthier.
Ginger and lemon tea it is then....

Please send me the information about this diet. I've had GA for about 4 years and now its popping up everywhere. I could use any help I can get. The ointment from my dermotologist fades the red but them they pop up elsewhere.
Thanks for your help.

I have been dealing with GA for about 7 years. Mine started on tops of feet and shins that were raised rings eventually going to just a bruise looking mark that is still present. This past fall (2017) it started to show up on my forearms mostly underneath as the raised rings. I went to a dermatologist originally and we tried steroid topical cream. Didn't really help and it definitely has not helped arms. I am presently using Urea 40 for the spots on feet and shins for the skin discoloration.
Presently the dermatologist wants me to start on Humira but said it would probably be needed for life. I am not going to do this because I don't trust in the side effects to my organs. I have been looking at doing a gluten and dairy free diet as I've read others who've tried this. I recently tried putting apple cider vinegar on some of the spots using a cotton ball and taping that on for the night. Tried it for three nights and just looks like it burned the skin. Will have to see what it looks like after that heals. I had read someone else had tried this and that the skin flaked off and spots disappeared. My calfs and thighs are presently covered in very small rough rings but look different from the GA. I have hypothyroidism but will request a test for Hosimotos as well as a gluten sensitivity test. I was just curious how the AIP diet worked for you as I have a friend I know trying that now for other skin and esophagus issues.
Looking to see if anything helped. Thank you
