on my final written warning at work because had two seperate occasions were have been on the sick for anxiety and depression. First was four weeks second two weeks. But I have been told if I have another day off I will be at risk of losing my job, because I have suffered for eleven years and medicated  I'm supposed to be covered by the disability act. Previously I suffered severe depression and only this last year been diagnosed with severe anxiety. Now taking more medication and another one they want me to take but can't incase it makes me worse and have a day off. I had to leave the other day because I went into panic mode and trying hard to stay but the stress is killing me. If I lose my job I will lose my house and I'm a single parent, no other support. They have said I should knock on doors to speed things up ie CBT sessions and counciling and medication to work faster !! Stressed out, I don't want to feel Ill. Do they think Im not bothered ?  Don't know what to do . Has anyone else lost there job ? Who will employ me after this ?

    Woa w slow down

Not going to lose house as a single parent assistance knocks in

Have you applied for all you benefits

    Have you spoken to acas

Have you read your right pdf on gov .org web site

do your illness affect you on a daily basis making it harder than someone not affected to cope if so you are disabled ring equality help line for advice if disabled the employers are lawfully bound to provide you with the necessary alterations or accommodations to help including checking work to see if that's causing illness etc

get reading and then they have to give you time off to attend spots they've asked you to attend De stress now !!!

Well think I've really blown it now had a

Panic attack this morning And couldn't make it to work

    Got

Myself in a right state. Started new medication today aswell . Been back to doctors and she advises me

Not to go to work as things have been getting worse and she wants me to sort my medication out first . Have spoken to ucas and they have advised that I can put a grievance in at work and then to take it from there as they have said I'm been bullied or as they also call it harassed because I'm poorly . So gonna sort that out whilst off and see if anything happens

From there . God more stress I really could do without .
