menopause/no periods for 3months.

Hi Ladies

Hope you are all ok. 

I was having lots of perimenopause symptoms over the last five years. Its been three months since ive had my last period. No more menopause symptoms. But im Not sure if my periods  will start again or.

    Hi all, just an update, my periods started  again last Friday after I posted this message. Now I'm having bad headaches, yesterday I was feeling very depressed which raised my BP quite a bit, but after few hours it went back to normal reading, went to ER and doctors gave me a check up and said all is ok and I should exercise more and drink lots of water.  Today I'm feeling weepy, sad, headache, feeling scared to be alone, the headache is mostly on one said of my head, left side. I feel bloated today, got some pain between my middle ribs, feels like a trapped gas pain, been burping a lot to relieve it. Not sure when al this will stop. Feels like crying. Very sad as I also live on my own and have no one to talk too on how I feel.

      Hi Kadija - Boy, I had the same exact day as you the last couple of days including the pain in my head on the left side!  Only difference is, is I am post menopausal...I really don’t get when this all is going to end for us - I am sorry that you you feel so alone, but if it makes you feel better, I live with my husband & 24 year old son & feel very alone - they don’t get it! My friends don’t get it either - I struggle alone - this forum is my only outlet -
