Good morning ladies. I am 51 and have not had a period for around 10 months, then yesterday I started one. I was thinking that I was menopausal, but maybe not quite. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I have done my own research and found some women never go into menopause but stay in peri menopause and live very long lives 80+.
