Hello ladies, what is your most SCARY symptom .. If you had to just name one .. What would it be?? For me by far are these migraine/headaches they have my anxiety so bad thinking I have a bleeding aneurysm or brain tumor.. I had the MRI all clear thank god, but of course my health anxiety has me thinking otherwise, what did they miss.. I feel like groundhogs day these symptoms just keep repeating every single month.. With dizziness off balance sharp weird pains short of breath exhaustion and the list goes on and on.. Well anyways just thought you ladies could share your most scary symptom by far.. What is it that gets you bad every month or day or week??

My most scary symptom would have to be the strange feeling that comes over me like my heart has stopped beating for a few seconds. It is like someone unplug me for a minute and then plugs me back in. Very frightening! A close second was the ocular migraine.

I too get migraines more in peri. I had one a few weeks ago where the aura was aphasia (not being able to find words). I also was trying to text when it hit and I couldn't spell. It was frightening. I knew logically that it was a migraine aura, but it was very scary and felt like I was having a stroke. The migraine hit about 20 minutes later.

I also get the heart skips/stops which are awful. Sometimes I will go for a short, fast run when that happens and it can help a bit. So can a cold shower, but that is really unpleasant, lol.

The lightheadedness/dizziness can be pretty bad as well. For me that is usually in conjunction with heart racing.

You asked for one but I gave you three symptoms. Sorry!

I've just started on progesterone cream and DHEA and hoping those might help a little.

Hi, if I had to name one, it would be dizziness off balance. I could neither walk straight nor stand still for a short conversion without having the feeling that I was going to collapse. Other scary ones like heart beat skipping, internal tremor & anxiety. Could anyone let me will HRT remove all these?

same here with not being able to stand for long. i have been diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy since all this 😦 I guess it's the neuropathy? my legs have splotching on them, burn and sting now. I feel like I.m on fire everywhere now. it's all super depressing. and that could be the depression as well.

Panic attacks in my sleep. It's so scary like my heart is stopping. Luckily it doesn't happen that often. Had one last night. Weird stuff.

for me it's the feeling of not breathing, like I have to concentrate on breathing or I won't breathe at all. usually happens in the middle of the night and I wake up gasping for air. all the other symptoms I can deal with but this one is tough..
